State police at Stroudsburg report the following incidents:
• A 34-year-old Easton man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol after state police at the Stroudsburg barracks were summoned to an incident at 11:06 p.m. on Nov. 11 on Route 33 in Hamilton Township.
Police said they received a report of a motorist traveling on the shoulder of the highway in a vehicle that had two blown tires on it and through the investigation learned the man was under the influence of alcohol.
• Police are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 2 and 11 p.m. Nov. 9 along Lincoln Road in Middle Smithfield Township.
Police said a 31-year-old man from East Stroudsburg told them he returned home and found someone vandalized the garage door and an outdoor motion light on his residence.
• A 2000 Honda Civic driven by Gabrielle Perretta, 27, of Blakeslee, sustained disabling damages and needed to be towed from the highway after it struck a deer at 4:21 a.m. on Nov. 9 on Route 209 in Smithfield Township.
Police said she was southbound when the deer came from the east shoulder across into the south bound lane of travel and she was unable to stop the vehicle.
The woman was not injured.
