Chance of precipitation is 100%. New ice accumulation of less than a 0.1 of an inch possible. New snow and sleet accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Thursday Night: Freezing rain, possibly mixed with snow and sleet before 9 p.m., then freezing rain between 9 p.m. and 3 a.m., then rain, possibly mixed with freezing rain after 3 a.m. Low around 28.
