Tamaqua police released information on three recent disturbance calls.
Mandi S. Gossman, 37, of New Tripoli, was cited in two of the cases, which were reported two days apart.
On Oct. 10 she created a disturbance in the 500 block of Rolling Mill Avenue. Witnesses say Gossman was banging on the door of a home and a vehicle and threatened to smash a windshield and throw coffee on them. She left the area before officers arrived.
A fight in the 300 block of Washington Street on Oct. 12 also involved Gossman according to police. She was arguing with several people, grabbed one of them by the throat and pushed another one to the ground.
The citations were for disorderly conduct.
Mary Ellen Koreisl, 39, of East Elm Street, Tamaqua, was charged with simple assault and harassment after an incident on Oct. 16, where she reportedly attacked a male friend. The victim said Koreisl punched him, bit him and hit him with a metal construction level after first kicking down his door.
Arraigned before duty District Judge James Kilker, of Shenandoah, she was lodged in the Schuylkill County prison in lieu of $10,000 straight bail.
