The Carbon County Navy Club will host the dedication of its sixth monument honoring all waterborne veterans, past, present and future at 1 p.m. Nov. 3 at the War Memorial on Third Street in Palmerton.

All Carbon County veterans organizations are asked to send a color guard. Panther Valley JROTC is asked to attend with a color guard and someone to play taps.
