Dancin’ Machine returns to Mauch Chunk Opera House

On Saturday, the band that has everyone dancing to nonstop hits from the disco era is back at the Mauch Chunk Opera House.

Dancin’ Machine was formed in 2009 with the sole purpose of re-creating the experience of a 1970s Discotheque for Disco fans everywhere. The band is made up of 11 brilliant musicians who all take pride in producing a ’70s Disco show that is unmatched.

With four great vocalists, a burning horn section and lots of groovin’ percussion, this band recaptures the authentic look and sound of the original artists without the use of tracks, sequencers or any other electronic device that plays back music. Nothing here but the “Real Deal” and they are keeping it that way for the die-hard fans of ’70s Disco.

So, if you were born to be alive, get out your boogie shoes and get down with dancin’ machine. This superb group of seasoned New York musicians will have you shakin’ your booty all night long while they play that funky music that’ll make you feel like dancing.

Don’t forget your bell bottom jeans and polyester shirt. It’s time to party with the East Coast’s hottest disco tribute.
