Police said around 3 a.m. on Sept. 6 a woman met with them and claimed her child’s father, Babilonia, held their infant son upside down while violently shaking him in the Cedar Drive residence. Police said the infant suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital. The woman also had visible injuries.

Babilonia was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a felony 1, intimidation of witnesses or victims, felony 1, aggravated assault, felony 2, unlawful restraint, felony 3, and several misdemeanors.

He was arraigned on the charges and placed in the county prison unable to post $250,000 percentage bail.
