It’s easy to start improving your health, one step at a time. All you have to do is get your “Tail on the Trail” through St. Luke’s University Hospital’s walking program at the Panther Valley High School Stadium.
The Tail on the Trail program at Panther Valley will be held on Sept. 17 and Sept. 24, starting at 5:30 p.m.
St. Luke’s Miners President Wendy Lazo will be the guest walker for the Sept. 24 event, which will be kicked off by the Panther Valley cheerleaders.
The walks are open to everyone, with no need to preregister. Farm fresh produce and infused water will be provided to walkers, as long as supplies last.
