State police at Lehighton are investigating a case of a theft or lost or mislaid property.

It was reported at 9 a.m. July 28 at a residence on Ore Street in Bowmanstown.

Police said they were told a package containing a Josh Allen football card valued at $575 was missing. The white bubble envelope was last seen outside the residence. Allen is a quarterback for the NFL Buffalo Bills.
