Heritage Hill Senior Community will host an introduction to Mindfulness Meditation and lunch at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 1.
Eastern civilizations have been practicing mindfulness for centuries. It’s the antidote to our overconnected society.
John Paul Marosy will give a brief introduction into the popularized practice, followed by a guided meditation and discussion. Comfortable clothing is suggested.
Marosy is the regional director of operations at Heritage Senior Living. He also trained at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.Lunch will be provided.
