Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:
Possession of drug paraphernalia:
Bryan Smale, 54, Palmerton, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident July 2 in the 900 block of Edgemont Avenue.
Hindering apprehension or prosecution:
Christina Smith, 34, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of hindering apprehension or prosecution, for an incident March 8 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.
Maximum gross weight:
Jose Garcia, 34, Flanders, New Jersey, was charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident July 12 at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.
Citations:
Police also issued three citations each for traffic and vehicle violations, and two for speeding.
Aggravated assault:
Robert Fisher Jr., 34, Palmerton, was charged with aggravated assault, burglary, criminal trespass, terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, for an incident on March 8 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.
DUI:
Tyler Behler, 20, Lehighton, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, careless driving and driving at a safe speed for an incident on June 6 in the 1300 block of Mauch Chunk Road.
Altered, forged or counterfeit documents and plates:
Cassey Keller, 25, of Palmerton was charged with altered, forged or counterfeit documents and plates, and general lighting requirements, for an incident on June 20 at Lehigh Avenue and Third Street.
Endangering the welfare of children:
Cheyenne Parr, 21, Palmerton, was charged with endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person, for an incident on July 3 on Hillside Avenue.
Citations:
One person was cited for speeding on Route 248 East on July 2; two people were cited for speeding for incidents on Mauch Chunk Road on July 5; three people were cited for maximum gross weight violations for incidents on Mauch Chunk Road on July 2; one person was cited for harassment for an incident on June 2 in the 900 block of Edgemont Avenue.
