Sundae drivers fill Heisler's parking lot at Tamaqua Chamber car show

More than 40 antique and classic cars filled a parking lot at Heisler's Cloverleaf Dairy in Lewistown Valley on Sunday for the Tamaqua Area Chamber of Commerce "Sundae Drivers: Park and Gawk Car Show," a free, family-friendly event held regularly according to Ben Turrano, Chamber vice president. Here, Rick Leitzel of West Penn Township presents, for the first time, his 1931 Ford Model A with rumble seat. Leitzel and wife Mary Beth purchased the car recently from a car show judge in the Lansdale area. DONALD R. SERFASS/SPECIAL TO THE TIMES NEWS
