A Nesquehoning man faces multiple charges after he fought with his parents and damaged property at their home.
On June 13, Nesquehoning police Chief Sean Smith and patrolman Carl Breiner were dispatched to a home on Willow Lane for a domestic dispute.
Officers spoke with the victim, who said that her son, Moises Flores Jr., 24, was intoxicated and yelling at her. He then smashed the stove door and fled after police were called.
Later that day, police were again dispatched to the residence for another domestic disturbance.
This time, Flores was still at the residence and the victim was visibly upset and frightened.
Flores admitted he had been drinking and began cursing at the officer.
The victim told police Flores threatened to assault or kill her if she called police again because he was currently on pretrial supervision for an arrest in 2017 when he assaulted members of his family.
Flores again threatened to kill someone but it was not clear who it was because he was arguing with the victim, as well as a Lansford police officer who was assisting at the scene.
He was taken into custody after a fight with police.
Flores is charged with simple assault, intimidation of witnesses or victims, resisting arrest and terroristic threats.
