There is still time to register children ages 3 through 6 years old for enriching summer camps at Lehigh Carbon Community College’s Early Learning Center. STEM summer camps begin in July at LCCC’s main campus in Schnecksville, offering fun activities while weaving in academic learning.
Participants can choose from one to four two-week camp sessions. All sessions run from 9 a.m. to noon. There is a fee.
Sessions are as follows:
Session 1, Build It: July 2-6, Exploring Simple Machines, (no class July 4); July 9-13, Building with Tools
Session 2, Plan It: July 16-20, City Planning; July 23-27, Bridges and Transportation
Session 3, At the Beach: July 30-Aug. 3, Exploring Sea Life; Aug. 6-10, Beach Fun
