A Summit Hill woman is facing charges of persistent disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident on May 29.
Borough police were dispatched at 9:17 p.m. to the 200 block of East Fell Street for a fireworks complaint. On scene, officers spoke to the complainants who said their neighbor was shooting off fireworks into their yard scaring them and their dog.
Police then went to the neighbor’s home and identified her as Kim Torregrossa, 45. She admitted setting off the fireworks and then became irate, police said. She went outside onto her porch and began to yell. She was told multiple times to desist but failed to do so after three warnings.
As a result of her actions, the charges were filed.
