A Schuylkill County man is facing charges following an incident at a Rush Township business.

State police at Frackville said Rory Jude Hamilton, 37, of Tuscarora, entered the Domino’s Pizza store, located along Claremont Avenue (Route 309), around 9:30 p.m. on May 18. Surveillance video shows him asking to use the bathroom.

While inside the bathroom, Hamilton damaged two picture frames on the wall while removing pictures from the frames. He was then observed using a roll of paper towels to wrap the pictures, a roll of toilet paper and a small aluminum trash can into a large ball and carried the items out the front of the store. He then got into a dark Hyundai Tuscan and headed south on Route 309.

Troopers said he has been charged with theft and criminal mischief.
