McAdoo police report on arrests

Alexander Elchisak, 30, of Kelayres, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in McAdoo on April 1.

At the time of the stop, 9:26 a.m., Elchisak was given a field sobriety test. As he walked, a small bag filled with marijuana fell from his pants leg. He was taken for blood tests and the results were positive for THC and metabolites.

He was also charged with the traffic offense.

William Zabrosky III, 35, of McAdoo, was charged with disorderly conduct by McAdoo Police, after they received a call for an assault on May 26. Employees of the Fegley Mini Mart on Kennedy Drive saw Zabrosky striking another person with a large stick. The incident took place at 4:08 a.m. in the mini mart parking lot.
