Panther Valley Junior/Senior High School was on lockdown for two hours this morning after threatening graffiti was found in an eighth grade girls bathroom.
The lockdown went into effect just after 7:30 a.m.
Summit Hill police and an official of the Carbon County Emergency Management Agency were called to the scene.
Superintendent Dennis Kergick said police are continuing the investigation.
