Bethany EC Church
Bethany EC Church, 222 North St. holds Sunday worship with the Rev. Jeff Stansbury, pastor.
Sunday school is at 9:30 a.m. with classes for all ages, including adult Bible study class, fellowship time at 10:15 a.m., morning worship at 10:45 a.m., preschool nursery available and Jr. Church provided for children in kindergarten through sixth grade.
Monday: Kids Club, 6-7:15 p.m.
Tuesday: Ladies Bible study, 10 a.m. at Blocker’s residence.
Wednesday: Prayer meeting, 7 p.m.

Crossroads Community Church
Crossroads Community Church, 580 Coal St. holds Sunday worship service with Pastor Jim Banks. It is a place for a fresh start with God.
Adult Sunday school at 9:30 a.m.; Contemporary worship service at 10:30 a.m. with nursery available; Children’s Sunday school at 11 a.m.; fellowship following service.
Communion: Last Sunday of the month.
Movie Night
Crossroads Community Church, 580 Coal St., Lehighton, is hosting a free movie night at 7 p.m. Saturday, Join us as we watch the movie “The Grace Card.”
Trinity happenings
First Saturday worship with Holy Communion at Trinity Lutheran Church, 175 S. Third St., begins at 5 p.m. Sunday worship with Holy Communion begins at 9:30 a.m. Gluten-free communion wafers are available for those with allergy issues.
Included during this time is recognition to the graduates from high schools and institutions of higher learning.
The Rev. Nancy Moore presides. Vicar Rich Bergen assists. Coffeehouse fellowship follows.

Registration forms are available in the church office or can be downloaded at tlclehighton.com for Vacation Bible School. “Splash Canyon: God’s promise on Life’s Wild Ride” is coming up Aug. 6-10, for children ages 3 through grade 6, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Teen and adult volunteers are welcome to help; please contact the church office.
