May 26, 2007 — Northern Lehigh’s Jonathan Heberling and Tamaqua’s Casey Wagner both capture fourth-place medals at the PIAA State Track and Field championships. Heberling’s medal comes in the high jump, where he clears 6-4 on his second attempt. Wagner earns her hardware in the javelin, throwing 140-1 at Shippensburg. Two other Times News areas athlete grab medals, as Palmerton’s Casey Ord and Tamaqua’s Alex Zubey both finish eighth. Ord turns in a 36-1 in the triple jump to claim her medal, while Zubey gets his in the 1600, finishing in 4:24.98.
