A Weatherly man faces harassment and terroristic threats charges after he threatened his ex-wife.

On May 8, Nesquehoning police received a phone call from a resident, who said that her ex-husband, Kenneth Diaz, 39, of Hudsondale Street, had left multiple threatening voicemails. The victim has an active protection from abuse order against Diaz in place.

She told police that the threats have been occurring over a two-week period.

While police were on scene, Diaz called the victim’s phone. He said that he did not mean anything that he had said.
