Nesquehoning Fire Department is on scene at a brush fire behind the Broad Mountain gun range. The brush fire broke out at 10:30 a.m. Nesquehoning ambulance and Lehighton ALS were also dispatched. When crews arrived on scene, they found an approximately 500-by-500-foot brush fire that was rapidly growing. After an hour, crews extinguished the fire. ALLYSON KUSKO/SPECIAL TO THE TIMES NEWS
