Lansford Police filed the following charges and citations during the month of April:

• John Davidovich, 61, of Skye Drive, Lake Harmony, was charged with Carrying a firearm without a license, and a vehicle code violation for an incident on Feb. 20. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June 6.

• Carina Leach, 21, of North Railroad Street Tamaqua, was charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident on March 16. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June 6.

• Ruben Otero Jr., 47, of West Kline Avenue, Lansford, was charged with improper display of inspection sticker, improper sunscreening and driving under suspension for an incident on April 19. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday.

• Sean Propson, 18, of West Ridge Street, Lansford, was charged with criminal trespass, trespass by motor vehicle, driving under suspension and driving without a license for an incident on April 13. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 30.

• Michael Maldonardo-Caballero, 24, of East Kline Avenue, Apt. 1, Lansford, was charged with simple assault, strangulation and harassment for an incident on April 27. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 30.

• William Derau, 43, of West Ridge Street, Lansford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident on April 10. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 30.

• Isaiah Lutz, 43, of West Water Street, Lansford, was charged with simple assault and harassment for an incident on April 12. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 30.

• Tanya Conklin, 41, of West Patterson Street, Lansford, was charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest for an incident on April 17. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 9.

• Samantha Nedley, 34, of East Catawissa Street, Nesquehoning, was charged with two counts of DUI for an incident on Feb. 26. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 23.
