Palmerton Police Department reported on the following incidents:

DUI: Joseph Nenscel, 69, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of DUI and stop signs and yield signs for an incident Feb. 9 at Fifth Street and Lafayette Avenue.

Disorderly conduct: Sebastian Mooney, 18, Palmerton, was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident April 28 on Route 248 west.

A 16-year-old Palmerton male was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident April 28 on Route 248 west.

Retail theft: Clinton Zimmerman Jr., 79, Kunkletown, was charged with retail theft for an incident May 2 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Maximum gross weight: Lloyd Drummond-James, 39, Wharton, New Jersey, and John Caipe-Lopez, 27, Dover, Delaware, were charged for maximum gross weight for an incident April 27 at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.

Citations: Police also issued four citations for traffic violations, three for vehicle violations and two for speeding.
