Jim Thorpe High School senior Monae Bullock will continue her academic and athletic careers at NCAA Division 3 DeSales University.

Bullock will major in communications and play women’s soccer at DeSales.

Bullock was a four-year member of the Olympians’ soccer program, where she played goalie.

A captain during both her junior and senior seasons, Bullock was named the Schuylkill League’s first-team All-Star goalie in 2017, compiling a .775 save percentage. As a junior in 2016, Bullock was a Schuylkill League second team All-Star in goal.

In addition to soccer, Bullock is a member of the Jim Thorpe track and field team. She also is a member of SADD and is on the yearbook staff.

Bullock is the daughter of Robbie Peterson.
