McAdoo police released information on two recent arrests.
Richard Scott, 59, of White Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after officers received results of blood tests taken on Feb. 22.
Scott was stopped at 7:32 p.m. for driving without lights on South Kennedy Drive. He failed field sobriety tests and was taken to the hospital for blood work. Those tests came back, showing a blood alcohol content of .95 percent. The legal limit is 0.08.
He was also charged with traffic violations.
Oslib Troncoso, 19, of McAdoo, was cited for disorderly conduct on March 12 after police received a noise complaint at 10:45 p.m. When they arrived at Troncoso’s apartment, they found the door open and loud music playing.
