The Christian faith teaches that Christ is risen and we honor His sacrifice. That's the message underway in a window mural being created at the Tamaqua Salvation Army Community Center on West Broad Street. Here, artist Kim Brogdon of Hazleton, former Tamaqua resident, is seen Friday starting what she says will be an uplifting window display.
