State police at Fern Ridge are investigating the following incidents.
• State police are investigating a compliant that someone drilled a hole in the gas tank of a car in Gilbert, causing the victim to lose about 30 gallons of gas.
The incident happened between 6 p.m. March 9 and 6 a.m. March 10 at a business on Route 209, Gilbert, Chestnuthill Township.
• State police said they were summoned to a reported drug overdose case at 12:33 p.m. March 12 on Donald’s Road in Effort, Chestnuthill Township.
The victim is a 34-year-old man from Effort, who police said is expected to be “OK.”
• A criminal mischief incident that happened between 5:30 p.m. March 9 and 8:30 a.m. March 12 on Route 209, Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township, is being investigated by state police.
The victim is a 31-year-old man from Kunkletown. Police said someone entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and damaged the dash panel before fleeing the scene.
• State police said they were summoned to Child First Services Inc., 2605 Route 903, Penn Forest Township, at 11 a.m. March 10 to investigate a criminal mischief incident.
As a result of the call, Deljuan Maurice Jenkins, 19, who is a resident of the facility that is owned by the Philadelphia firm, has been charged with smashing a television and computer monitor at the facility.
