Christopher Oxendine, 38, of Boyertown, was cited by state police at the Fogelsville barracks with failure to obey a stop or yield sign as the result of a two-vehicle crash that happened at 6:28 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Kistler Valley and Schochary roads in Lynn Township.

Police said he was driving a 2016 Ford F150 pickup truck north on Schochary Road when he stopped for a stop sign, but pulled out without clearance and caused a collision with a 2016 Toyota Tacoma operated by Eric R. Wentz, 26, of Kempton. The latter was westbound on Kistler Valley Road at the time. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.

Neither driver was hurt in the mishap.
