Two East Stroudsburg men are facing charges as a result of the execution of a search warrant conducted by state police at the Stroudsburg barracks at 9:16 a.m. March 12 at 7419 Cottontail Lane in Middle Smithfield Township.

Police said the search yielded firearms, body armor, illegal contraband and related paraphernalia in the residence.

As a result of the search, Allah Jamal Johnson, 32, was taken into custody while Christopher James Gonzales, 34, had a warrant issued for his arrest.

The major charges they face are unlawful possession of a firearms, police said.
