The Pennsylvania Department of State in January disciplined the following state-licensed professionals:

Monroe County

The Board of Chiropractic suspended the license of David E. Marshall of East Stroudsburg for 30 months and assessed a $500 civil penalty based on filing a false registration renewal and unlicensed practice.

Carbon County

The Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons indefinitely suspended the license of Glenn A. Reimer of Leighton, and assessed him a $1,000 civil penalty because he failed to account for moneys and he engaged in the occupation of vehicle salesperson on behalf of a dealer other than for where he was licensed.

Schuylkill County

The Board of Nursing indefinitely suspended the license of Ednerlande Jean, last known of Shenandoah, for being unable to practice with reasonable skill and safety to patients by reason of mental or physical illness or condition or physiological or psychological dependence upon alcohol, hallucinogenic or narcotic drugs or other drugs which tend to impair judgment or coordination.

The Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons suspended the license of Shawn R. Stoll of Pottsville. The suspension was stayed in favor of probation for no less than two years, and he was assessed a $500 civil penalty, based on being convicted of 13 felony convictions which include crimes that involve moral turpitude, and for a material misstatement on his license application by failing to disclose that he pleaded guilty to a felony.

Northampton County

The Board of Cosmetology suspended the license of Khanh T. Nguyen, doing business as NY Nails, of Easton, for failing to pay a previously imposed civil penalty.

The Board of Dentistry ordered Daniel J. Milavec of Northampton to pay a civil penalty of $2,900 and a public reprimand placed on his permanent disciplinary record because he practiced dentistry or held himself out as a practitioner of or entitled or authorized to practice dentistry while his license was not renewed.

Lehigh County

The Board of Nursing suspended the license of Andrea N. Cahall of Coopersburg for no less than three years retroactive to Sept. 14, 2017, based on violating the terms of a previous board order.

It also suspended indefinitely the license of Jeffrey L. Lesoine of Whitehall for no less than three years. The suspension was immediately stayed in favor of no less than three years of probation, with credit for time served since March 9, 2017.

Lesoine is unable to practice professional nursing with reasonable skill and safety by reason of mental or physical illness or condition or dependence upon alcohol, hallucinogenic or narcotic drugs or other drugs which tend to impair judgment or coordination and has been convicted of crimes of moral turpitude.

The Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons indefinitely suspended for two years the license of Krishna Ramdeo of Allentown, and assessed him a $2,000 civil penalty. The suspension was immediately stayed to two years of probation based on pleading guilty of crimes of moral turpitude and making misstatements on his previous renewal applications.
