Lehighton closed out its regular season schedule with a win over Tamaqua on Thursday night.

Lehighton edged Tamaqua 36-33 in a Schuylkill League Division 1 contest.

With the match tied at 21-21, Jack Zimmerman picked up a decision in overtime at 195 pounds to give the Indians the lead with four bouts remaining.

Nate Kemmerer (126), Chris Whiteman (145), Cody Scherer (170) and Brett Gasker (220) all had pins for Lehighton, while Tyler Schock (152) won by decision.

Bronson Strouse (285) and Michael Shlanta (106) won by fall for the Blue Raiders. Pierce Demetriades (132), Carson Krell (182) and Nate Wickersham (160) all won by major decision, while Randy Steigerwalt picked up a decision victory.
