Weatherly closed its regular season play Monday with a rout of Shenandoah Valley.
BOYS BASKETBALL
Shenandoah Vy.-Weatherly
Weatherly used a high-scoring second half to pull away for a 61-36 Schuylkill League win over Shenandoah Valley.
Scott Zoscin scored 10 of his game-high 17 points after intermission to lead the Wreckers. Steph Yurchak chipped in with 16 points and Zach Moon scored 10, all of them in the second half.
Weatherly ends the regular season with a 10-12 record, including a 5-8 mark in the league.

Tamaqua defeated Lehighton, 56-53. Nate Gregoire led Tamaqua with 16 points while Joe Coleman and Toby Berg added 13 and 10, respectively.
Richard Yturrino had 17 points for Lehighton.
Tamaqua-Nativity
Tamaqua beat Nativity, 53-17.
Joe Coleman had 16 points for Tamaqua. Luke Verta added 10.
Jim Thorpe-Marian
Jim Thorpe picked up a 50-29 victory over Marian.
The Olympians were led by Tanner Gillar and Shelby Joyner with eight points each.
Marian’s Jullian Rickert and Will Nyer each had nine points.
Tamaqua-Pottsville
Pottsville topped Tamaqua, 68-23.
Joe Coleman had 11 points to lead Tamaqua.
8TH GRADE
Panther Vy.-Weatherly
Panther Valley defeated Weatherly, 44-27.
Panther Valley was led by Matt Rehrig with 11 points and George Brimmer with 10.
For Weatherly, Frank Willis had 12 points and Ian McLaurin added eight.
7TH GRADE
Panther Vy.-Weatherly
Panther Valley posted a 33-16 victory over Weatherly.
The Panthers were led by Brad Hood with nine points and Cody Orsulak with seven.
