Crews have begun to level the former Schuylkill Mall in Ryan Township. One of the main anchor stores, Sears, is all but gone. Excavators have leveled the store at the southern end of the sprawling mall. Northpoint Development, the new owners of the property, plan to put up new buildings that could house a variety of industrial uses, including manufacturing or logistics operations.
