Acupuncture program

The Panther Valley Public library 117 E. Bertsch St. Lansford will present a program on acupuncture from 5-7 p.m. Feb. 13. Come learn about this interesting method of Chinese medicine. The program is free and open to the public.

The menu at the Panther Valley Senior Center for the week of Feb. 5-9 is:

Monday: Minestrone soup and chicken Caesar salad

Tuesday: Hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes or chicken Cobb salad

Wednesday: Swiss steak and noodles or Italian sandwich

Thursday: Vegetable lasagna or meatloaf sandwich

Friday: Pork and peppers with brown rice or Cuban sandwich

Trivia at 11 a.m. on Feb. 1; Family Feud at 11 a.m. Feb. 2.

Name That Tune at 11 a.m. Feb. 5; Poker-Keeno at 11 a.m. Feb. 6; bingo at 11 a.m. Feb. 7; women’s pool and men’s cards starting at 10 a.m. Feb. 8; Senior Games practice starting at 9:30 on Feb. 9.
