Donn Walck, 40, of McAdoo, who does business as D.W. Home Improvement, was charged with fraud by McAdoo Police.

Police say Walck entered into a contract with a McAdoo resident in March of 2017, agreeing to do some remodeling work. The resident provided a deposit of $562, with the work scheduled to start no later than April 4, 2017.

Walck never provided any work and didn’t return the victim’s deposit.

He was charged with fraudulent business practices, theft by deception, home improvement fraud, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
