State police at the Lehighton barracks have reported on the following incidents.

Police are investigating a burglary that happened between 10 a.m. and 4:20 p.m. Friday on Manor Drive in Palmerton. The victim is a 45-year-old Palmerton woman.

She told police when she arrived home she discovered jewelry and other items were missing from inside her residence and that no one else had been at the home. There were no signs for forced entry, police said.

Kyle James Ebel of Saylorsburg is facing a dog law violation after state police were summoned to a Mountain Road, Saylorsburg, location at 8:27 a.m. Thursday. The victim told police Ebel, who was in charge of a dog, allowed it to go onto her property.
