The menu at the Panther Valley Senior Center for the week of Jan. 8-12 is as follows:

Monday: corn chowder, hot turkey sandwich and mashed potatoes or chicken craisin salad

Tuesday: Swiss steak and noodles or turkey hoagie

Wednesday: vegetable lasagna or tuna salad sandwich

Thursday: pork & peppers with brown rice or chicken bacon sandwich

Friday: taco salad and chuckwagon corn or egg salad sandwich

The senior center has also announced upcoming events for the first two weeks of January.

Trivia on Jan. 4 at 11 a.m.; Bring your singing voices for Karaoke on Jan. 5 at 11 a.m.

Make your own Ice Cream Sundae after lunch on Jan. 8; Sunshine Meeting at 10 a.m. followed by the Saran Wrap Ball game on Jan. 9; bingo on Jan. 10 at 11 a.m.; Women’s Pool and Men’s Cards on Jan. 11 starting at 10 a.m.; Senior Game practice on Jan. 12 at 10 a.m.
