The menu at the Panther Valley Senior Center for the week of Jan. 1 to 5 is:

Monday: Center closed in observance of New Year’s Day

Tuesday: Chicken Marsala and roasted potatoes or cottage cheese with fruit

Wednesday: Stuffed shells and salad or barbecue chicken salad

Thursday: Pork and sauerkraut or turkey Swiss wrap

Friday: Minestrone soup and chicken Caesar salad

The senior center has also announced upcoming events for the first two weeks of January.

Center closed on Jan. 1; Poker-Keeno on Jan. 2 at 11 a.m.; bingo will be played on Jan. 3 at 11 a.m.; Trivia on Jan. 4 at 11 a.m.; Bring your singing voices for Karaoke on Jan. 5 at 11 a.m.

Make your own Ice Cream Sundae after lunch on Jan. 8; Sunshine Meeting at 10 a.m. followed by the Saran Wrap Ball game on Jan. 9; bingo on Jan. 10 at 11 a.m.; Women’s Pool and Men’s Cards on Jan. 11 starting at 10 a.m.; Senior Game practice on Jan. 12 at 10 a.m.
