A woman was charged with stalking after an incident in Tunkhannock Township.

Christine McGarry, 42, of Drums allegedly made verbal threats, used vulgar language, and acted in a disorderly manner, according to a news release from Pocono Mountain Regional Police.

The incident occurred around 11 p.m. on Dec. 11.

McGarry was told not to be on the victim’s property because of similar behavior in the past, police said.

She was charged with stalking, retaliating against a witness/victim, trespassing, harassment and disorderly conduct.
