Holy Trinity Church

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 502 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton will hold worship services on Christmas Eve at 10:15 a.m. A candlelight service will be held at 7 p.m.

Volunteers needed

Meals on Wheels of Palmerton needs volunteer drivers and delivery people to serve clients in the Palmerton area Monday through Friday. They need full-time volunteers (once a week, usually one hour) and also people who can fill in on short notice as needed. Contact William Gallagher at billgal@ptd.net or 610-826-3587.

First UCC

First United Church of Christ, 457 Delaware Ave., Palmerton will hold services at 9 a.m. Sunday. Christmas Eve service will be at 8 p.m. in the sanctuary. A celebration of Christ’s birth will include carols, Communion and candlelight during the service. For those who cannot make this service, there will also be a 5 and 11 p.m. service at St. Paul’s UCC of Indianland.

Jerusalem UCC

Jerusalem United Church of Christ, 545 Church Drive, Palmerton (Trachsville) will hold a combined worship service at 9 a.m. Sunday. A Christmas Eve service at 4 p.m. will be a presentation of “The Light Before Christmas” musical. At 7 p.m. will be a traditional candlelight service with joyful music, carols and candlelight. All are invited to these services of Christmas.

Jerusalem Evangelical

Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 500 Church Drive, Palmerton (Trachsville) will hold a Christmas Eve Candlelight service at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Everyone is welcome.
