Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

DUI:

Tyler Appello, 22, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of DUI and public drunkenness, for an incident Sept. 17 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Mark Lindenmuth, 29, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of DUI and general lighting requirements, for an incident July 16 at Delaware Avenue and State Road.

Harassment:

Amanda Everitt, 26, Palmerton, was charged with unsworn falsification to authorities, two counts of false reports, and two counts of harassment, for an incident Sept. 25 in the 500 block of Franklin Avenue.

Junking of vehicles prohibited:

Tammy Lobach, 41, Lehighton, and Amanda Heffelfinger, 38, Palmerton, were charged with junking of vehicles prohibited, for an incident Dec. 5 at separate locations in the borough.

Citations

: Police also issued three citations for vehicle violations and two for speeding.
