State police at the Lehighton barracks were summoned at 2:40 p.m. Nov. 21 to investigate an incident along Stagecoach Road in Lower Towamensing Township.

Police said a 2016 Freightliner tractor trailed was traveling north on Hazlewood Road and the operator was attempting to turn right onto Stagecoach Road West when the trailer portion of the rig struck the corner of a building.

The rig was not damaged but the building sustained minor damage to the win on the porch, which consisted of bending the corner downward.
