McAdoo police released information on several citations issued by the department.

• Santiago Cintron Castellano, 24, of Hazleton, was cited for public drunkenness after a resident in the 400 block of East Blaine Street reported a suspicious man in the area on Nov. 19. Officers found Castellano in a highly intoxicated condition. He had been knocking on a door and ringing a doorbell at 4:08 a.m.

• Robert Barron, 18, of Oneida, was cited for driving under the influence of a controlled substance, while a passenger in his car, Erick Alegquin, 18, of Hazleton, was cited for possession of marijuana. The two were stopped at 10:16 p.m. on Oct. 18 in the area of Hancock and Adams streets after Barron failed to stop at a stop sign.

• Daniel Schaub, 36, of Lehighton, was cited for violating a protection from abuse order on Dec. 5. Schaub admitted he wasn’t allowed to be near the victim’s home on North Sheridan Street. He was arraigned before the on call district magisterial judge and lodged in the Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville in lieu of $2,500 bail.
