Ross Township will host the dedication of its new municipal building, followed by the annual tree lighting ceremony, this Saturday.

The event will begin at 3 p.m., with Sen. Mario Scavello and State Rep. Rosemary Brown scheduled to speak.

The new building includes a memorial to Ross Township zoning officer David Fleetwood, Gerard Kozic and James LaGuardia, who died during an attack on the former municipal building by Rockne Newell in 2013.

The tree lighting will follow the dedication at 4 p.m.
