Advent is a time of quiet reflection and joyful hope as we prepare for the birth of Christ. An Advent gathering featuring music, reflections on joys and sorrows and candle lighting will be held 7 p.m. Dec. 4 at St. Francis Center for Renewal, 395 Bridle Path Road, Bethlehem. A spiritual tea will follow the service where participants will share their hope and joys.

The event is sponsored by the Spiritual Directors of the Greater Leigh Valley. Tea and refreshments will be provided. Bring your favorite tea cup.

The program is free, but a love offering can be made the day of the event.
