A man is facing a charge of public intoxication following an incident in Monroe County.

State police at Fern Ridge said Mariusz Stanislaw Wodz, 43, no address given, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. on Saturday at 220 Orchard View Drive in Effort. Troopers responded to that location and found Wodz sleeping outside near a road. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and charged.
