Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Drug paraphernalia

Kayla Smith, 26, Palmerton, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft and false identification to law enforcement for an incident Oct. 19 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Jacob Hofacker, 24, Palmerton, was charged with three counts of DUI, possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving for an incident Aug. 21 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Nicole Mason, 35, Palmerton, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident May 25 in the 600 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Jordan Voorhees, 19, Saylorsburg, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage drinking for an incident July 14 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Joseph Visnosky, 19, Palmerton, was charged with altered, forges, or counterfeit documents and plates, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Sept. 7 at Fourth Street and Franklin Avenue. DUI

Cristian Linares, 27, Palmerton, was charged with three counts of DUI, careless driving and unlawful activities for an incident July 29 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Martin Clark, 59, Palmerton, was charged with DUI, careless driving and other traffic violations for an incident July 12 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

Kyle McFarland, 25, Ashfield, was charged with two counts of DUI for an incident Aug. 7 in the 100 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Robert Matlock, 40, Brockton, was charged with DUI and general lighting requirements for an incident July 31 on Route 248 east.

John Bartholomew, 34, Lehighton, was charged with three counts of DUI, careless driving and other traffic violations for an incident June 9 in the 200 block of Franklin Avenue.

Timothy Schaub, 38, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of DUI, protective equipment for motorcycle riders, careless driving, driving at an unsafe speed and other traffic violations for an incident June 18 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

Deanna Steigerwalt, 26, Palmerton, was charged with DUI, careless driving, unlawful activities and other traffic violations for an incident July 13 on Route 248 east.
