A report of a domestic incident led to the arrest of a Monroe County man on an active warrant.

On Oct. 25 about 7:53 p.m. Pocono Mountain Regional police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Overlook Drive in Tobyhanna for a domestic incident. On scene officers were met by William Maldonado, 41, of that address. Police ran a warrant check and learned that there was an active warrant for Maldonado, issued to Pocono Regional police.

Maldonado was taken into custody and transported to the county prison in Snydersville. The domestic was verbal only and no charges were filed, police noted.
