Blue Mountain Health System and the Carbon County Area Agency on Aging will co-host the Senior Health and Information Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Lehighton Recreation Center, 243 S. Eighth St. in Lehighton.

Information and education will be offered by BMHS departments and other health and social organizations as well as health screenings, including cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, EKG, pulse oximetry and hearing. Chair massages will be offered by The Therapy Option from Jim Thorpe. BMHS pharmacists will offer a medication review — bring a list of your medications and have a private consult with a pharmacist to review and discuss.

Learn more about health care in your community and take advantage of the opportunity to meet service providers, advocates and experts in aging and related services. There will be samples, giveaways and chances to win prizes.
