The SHINE Afterschool Program showcased its students during the annual Lights On Celebration on Thursday, Oct. 19 at Jim Thorpe Area High School. The Carbon and Schuylkill SHINE centers serve students in elementary and middle school in the five school districts in Carbon County, as well as Mahanoy and Shenandoah.
